  • A digital edition (електронна книга).
  • A physical printed edition.

The main characteristics of the products, including format, description, and price, are displayed on the product page, in line with the requirement that key product information be made available before the customer places the order.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are final prices and must include all applicable taxes and charges unless expressly stated otherwise, which reflects the information requirements for online traders in Bulgaria. Delivery charges for the physical book, if any, shall be shown separately before the order is placed.

5. Ordering Process

The customer places an order by completing the checkout process and submitting the order through the website. Before the order is submitted, the website must provide the main characteristics of the product, the total price, and the fact that the order creates an obligation to pay, which is a key requirement for online sales under Bulgarian consumer rules.

After a successful order, the customer receives confirmation by email containing the essential details of the purchase. The trader reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of incorrect information, technical error, abuse, or unavailability.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment methods may be offered on the website:

  • Online card payment through Stripe.
  • Cash on delivery for the physical book, where this option is available.

Stripe offers online payment solutions for merchants operating in Bulgaria. Cash on delivery is a delivery-related payment option commonly supported by Econt and Speedy for shipments in Bulgaria.

7. Delivery of the Physical Book

The physical book is delivered within Bulgaria through Econt or Speedy to an address or courier office selected by the customer. The applicable delivery cost and estimated delivery time are presented during checkout, and the trader must inform the customer of the delivery conditions and the date or period by which the goods will be delivered.

If no other period is specifically agreed, goods purchased online should be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days, according to the consumer guidance published by the Bulgarian consumer authority.

8. Delivery of the eBook

The eBook is supplied electronically after successful payment by means of download link, email delivery, account access, or another digital method described on the website. The digital product is considered delivered once access has been granted or the file has been made available to the customer.

9. Right of Withdrawal for the Physical Book

For the physical book, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which the consumer or a person indicated by the consumer receives the goods, as described in Bulgarian consumer guidance on online shopping. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the trader by an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

After notifying the trader, the customer must return the physical book in accordance with the return instructions communicated by the trader. The trader shall reimburse the amounts due in accordance with applicable law and through the same payment method used by the customer unless another method is expressly agreed.

10. No Withdrawal Right After Supply of the eBook Begins

For the eBook, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the supply of the digital content has begun, provided that the customer has expressly consented in advance to immediate performance and acknowledged that they lose the right of withdrawal once supply begins, which is specifically recognized for digital content under Bulgarian consumer rules. For this reason, before completing an order for the eBook, the website should require the customer to give explicit consent to immediate delivery and confirm acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right once delivery starts.

11. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect physical product, the customer may contact the trader to request an appropriate remedy under applicable law. If the eBook cannot be accessed, downloaded, or used due to a technical issue attributable to the trader, the customer may contact the trader for renewed access, correction, replacement, or another appropriate remedy consistent with the legal rules on digital content and consumer protection.

12. Customer Obligations

The customer must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order. The customer must not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publish, or otherwise exploit the eBook beyond the scope of personal lawful use, unless expressly permitted in writing by the rights holder.

13. Intellectual Property

All materials on the website, including text, design, graphics, logos, branding, and digital content, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

14. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Customer data may be shared only to the extent necessary with payment processors, couriers, hosting providers, or service providers involved in processing the order and delivering the product.
